"Very well cared for on ward"

Spent five nights as an inpatient on ward 3a in April and I have to say the staff there were excellent and very caring. My only minus is trying to get hold of someone in the fracture clinic outpatients since discharge for an appointment is proving difficult - put through to an answer machine and have left a couple of messages but no response either by phone or letter.
