"walked out of gynaecology crying"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I went to see a doctor in gyneacology out patients clinic ,I left the clinic and hospital in tears...... as he was rude, aggressive , nasty and made me feel the appointment I was in .. was a waste of time, he rushed me in to rush me out..... He was extremely disrespectful , unkind and uncaring ,I think he had a bad day and had taken it out on me ...... and did not know why I was even there, he was to busy having a go at me for me to even say why I was there and the problem I went in with to begin with. He thought I was selfish taking up resources such as the appointment I was in, being on a surgery waiting list and then he went on to say he has budgets and he has more important patients to see than me such as people with cancer, and five minutes previously I had shown him a letter as Results from a smear came back abnormal and I needed a coloscopy to see if I have cancerous cells in my cervix.... very upset im following this complaint up with pals
