"ortho visit"

I was kept waiting for 35 minutes before being called in and did not even get an apology until I mentioned the wait during the visit (I was NHS patient). I mentioned it because the physician was complaining that I wasn't smiling enough. Funny how they keep you waiting without an explanation and then expect you to be happy about it.
