"angiogram"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I had an angiogram earlier this week and was naturally apprehensive. However the procedure went so smoothly and so well. There was no pain and all of the staff on the cardio team were amazing. From the pre assessment to the post angiogram care the staff were faultless and so kind and cheerful. Thank you all so much. Margaret Wales

Dear Margaret,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of care at North Tyneside Hospital.

I agree it is very natural to feel apprehensive about coming into hospital for an unfamiliar procedure. I am therefore delighted to know that our staff gave you all the reassurance and confidence you needed to know you were in the right place receiving quality care from a professional team.

The team will be over the moon when they know how much this meant to you. I will make sure they get to see your very kind words.

Best Wishes,

Annie
