" Having blood taken at Pinderfields could be better"

I am fed up. Every 1 to3 months I have to go to pinderfields hosp @ wakefield west yorkshire to have my blood taken. I have been doing this for 10 years. This time I have had enough, both my arms are black & blue,some of the nurses manage to take my blood & not leave a mark. But in my opinion some just don't care enough. To-day the person that took my blood, has done It a few times in the past. Every time i have ended up black & blue right the way down my arm. I don't know her name as there are no name badges.
