From arrival at reception I was clerked immediately and directed to a waiting area and seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time by a polite, professional technician who clearly explained the initial procedure and injection process and which he performed painlessly. My scan later on in the day was carried out on time and again the imaging technician explained the procedure with clarity and which can be challenging for the patient and he put me at my ease. This was a leading edge diagnostic service carried out to a high standard and I am very grateful to the NHS and the individuals who cared for and about me.
