"Outstanding care"

I was quite anxious and nervous about my appointment and would just like to point out that the nurse I saw was the loveliest nurse I have ever seen. Straight away she made me feel at ease and told me not to worry that she would sort me out. Her manner was impeccable. She was so calming and I felt like I was talking to my mum rather than a nurse. She gave me an examination that I was petrified for but she talked to me through the whole thing and gave me words of encouragement. I ended up getting upset which normally id just bottle up until id get outside but because she was so nice to me I felt comfortable to have a little whinge in front of her which she encouraged me to do and gave me a hug to comfort me, i really appreciated this as if I hadn't have let it out there I would have been a wreck all day! Overall an experience which should be horrendous was made so pleasant. I know most people don't get recognition for doing things well so just thought id take time out to thank her for her lovely presence.
