"CT Scan results"

I visited the Chest clinic this morning. I was very impressed with my visit from the beginning to the end. The poor clerk was struggling with a new computer system, but was polite. The nurse who took my blood pressure/heart etc was the perfect person for the role. She was friendly, caring and obviously enjoyed her work. The doctor was professional, efficient, caring, friendly, used layman terms and did not rush the consultation. The waiting area was calm. I realised when I left the clinic that I should have asked some other questions, but isn't that always the case? I was seen slightly earlier than my appointed time. Within 25 minutes of my arrival I was able to leave, feeling very satisfied with my visit.
