"Disappointing"

IlOh dear. Not again. This is the second time North Mid have claimed not to have received my information. A few months ago my GP faxed an ultrasound request form re suspected PCOS and after not hearing from the hospital I called and was told it was never received. My GP surgery resent it. Today I called regarding an ante-natalself-referral form I emailed 3 weeks ago and was told they are only a week behind with referrals and they do not have it. I asked the staff member on the phone to confirm the email address. She replied after I read it out. Did you get it from the internet? To which I said yes. She said then that's right I don't have the NHS email. :-( Whittington Maternity here I come. Very sad that Chase Farm closed as had positive experience with first child.
