I attended about 8 minutes early and was immediately greeted and provided with the requisite self assessment forms to complete. By the precise time of my appointment I was invited in and dealt with in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. The next steps were concisely and clearly explained and I was able to depart after wards promptly and with a clear idea of what to do and what to expect. My impression was of a well organised clinic run by very helpful staff.
