Attended the Endoscopy Unit on the morning of 18th June 2014. A cheerful and polite Lady booked me in, and without delay a Nurse interviewed me, and I was taken in for the Endoscopy Examination. The Staff were reassuring, attentive, and every move that they made was relaid to me me before they carried it out. All the Staff were cheerful, polite, reassuring, and very professional - indeed a credit to their calling. Thank you from one who was a skeptic on all matter medical, and hates Hospitals. (The premises were spotlessly clean, and all the equipment appeared to be in working order! The Staff were also smart and clean) Question 4 does not provide scope to say that the Department attended was the "Endoscopy Department" - Not the "Urgent Care Centre".
"Professional, Polite, Efficient, Happy, Cheerful..."
