I was ill on the monday and sent home from school. On tuesday my mum thought I had glandular fever and so I went to my GP.
On wednesday blood tests were taken, but these came back negative.
By saturday morning, I was experiencing vomiting and diarrhoea. Soon after this, I was also coughing up blood.
My mum then took me to the QMC, where more tests were done and it was discovered that I had tonsillitis. I was then given medication to resolve the problem.
