"Excellent"

This department is fantastic all the staff are friendly and very reassuring. It is very well organised. The consultant I saw was very experienced and didn't rush me and explained all options thoroughly. I had four pain injections into my effected area it was a relief to get some help with dignity and respect. The nurse was also very supportive throughout the procedure and this helped as well. I cannot fault this department in any area and truly felt heard and most of all helped as I have two ongoing chronic pain conditions but there support and treatment really made a difference to me and feel genuinely lucky to be a patient in this department. Highly recommend this clinic even if you have a wait to be seen it's worth it they have done wonders for myself.
