"2nd visit"

Me and my mother went back to the hospital for a xray we was told to come out 8 in the morning but we travel from essex so we got there around 10 0 clock we got a ticket and did not wait to long i explained to the receptionist this is our 2nd visit to get a xray we went to the xray department the gentleman who we saw i dont know his name he asked if my mum had drops in her eyes we said no i thought oh no we got to go back to a & e but he said not to worry there nurse will see her we waited 5 mins the most the xray was done so quickly i could not believe it we then went back to a&e saw the nurse again who was very quick and efficient told ask to wait in the waiting area it was so busy there was no chairs but we didnt wait long to see a nurse as a second visit for us in a&e then as we went to sit down we was called to see the doctor we saw the doctor who explained my mums condition next step is operation in both eyes as she cant see properly the nurses doctors and staff were all brillant but the gentlemen in the xray dept was brillant so helpful and kind to my mum i didnt take his name which is a shame
