"Urology appointment"

Yesterday I saw a doctor from the Urology Department. From the moment I arrived at the reception through to the consultation I was treated sympathetically and efficiently; my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed. This morning I was rung and asked whether I could attend a follow-up appointment. In sum, I was involved in the decision making, I was treated with dignity and respect and I left very satisfied with the standard of service that was provided.
