My husband had to attend the eye clinic on Tuesday 17th June. The receptionist was fine and so was the lady who first dealt with him. After this it went down hill. A female member of staff kept calling him 'darling' which I think is very disrecpectful when every sentence was 'darling this or darling that'. Next we went to see the doctor, taken by a male member of staff who was not very profesional at all. Whilst the doctor examined my husband he sat in the corner scibbling on a piece of paper and drinking orange squash from a bottle. I can only assume he was there as the doctors english was not very good. When we went to leave the doctor just turned his back and was quite rude and ignored us when we said goodbye.
