"Excellent care on ward 17"

My newborn daughter was admitted to ward 17 at 8 days old the week before christmas last year. The care she received was excellent, from the consultant to the cleaning staff everyone we encountered was professional yet friendly. She was even given a gift from Santa on Christmas eve. When a child is in hospital it is such a terrible, worrying time but the staff did their best to make it as bearable as possible and for that I am very grateful.
