"Missed fracture"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital (Orpington)

I have truly lost faith in this hospital and would not recommend anyone to go, attended the PRU via ambulance and they sent me to the urgent care centre, to me the ENP's are useless and it is cheap nursing, attended 3 times after the initial injury and they still missed the fracture, continued to tell me it was a bad sprain. Have now been diagnosed with a fractured heel. The PALS team are very rude and abrupt and do not appear interested in your complaint and the same goes for the management of the UCC. Absolutely appalling.

Please would you consider contacting me with more detail relating to your attendances. As the manager of the PALS service I am dissapointed and concerned to hear your comments and would like to understand more detail about your contact with the service. The Urgent Care Centre is provided by Greenbrooks and they would also wish to have the opportunity to investigate your attendances and a mis diagnosis of a fracture.
