"Rudest lady on the phone Ever!"

I'm almost 12 weeks through my first pregnancy. I have just called the maternity scanning unit to check the date of my scan appointment and the lady on the phone was possibly the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I work in customer service myself and its an absolute disgrace that this person has been given a job on the phone, let alone to emotional, nervous hormonal women who really need to avoid stress at all costs! Her arrogance made me feel as if I was completely wasting her time and had the IQ of an ant! She was so eager to terminate my call I felt I had to talk at high speed just to ask a single question. Its made me seriously consider if I want to go through with actually having my baby at this hospital If this is how I'm treated. All in all an extremely disappointing and upsetting start to what is meant to be the most exciting and happy time in my life.
