Ante natal care was fantastic- very knowledgable midwives. Started labour in Trowbridge. My birth plan was followed and wishes respected . Used the birthing pool as pain relief which was great. Once concern about baby's progress was raised the team sprang into action and coordinated with ambulance service and RUH. All done very professionally and calmly. Midwife traveled in ambulance and stayed in RUH until safe arrival of baby. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend trowbridge as a safe, relaxing and great place to give birth. Post natal care was excellent including specialist breast feeding support .
