"Excellent"

I have recently been to the cardiac care unit for an angiogram. The staff were supportive, caring, attentive and reassuring at all times. The procedure was carried out and after care given with empathy and kindness. Following the procedure I was offered tea and a choice of sandwiches. The sandwiches were freshly made and well presented. Thank you for making the experience as stress free as possible and I applaud your professionalism and excellent patient care.
