"Excellent care"

My Dad spent just over a week in Southport Hospital in Ward 7A. The Doctors and Nurses and all of the auxiliary staff were kind, respectful and patient. Dad has had a really hard time and it was of great value to me that people were informed and up to date about what was happening to him. I felt listened to and that my opinion counted. At no time did I feel that people were impatient with us or minimising our fears. I felt appropriately reassured and at the same time informed. I would like to thank the staff on behalf of my family.
