"Help and reassuring service from South West Abulance Service"

(as a relative),

Recently I had to call out an ambulance after my husband suffered a fall, and I would like to say how great they were. They were Martin and Carla and they were both pleasant and very helpful and reassured us both.

I really felt I ought to ring and say how good the service was.
