(as the patient),

I would like to feedback my experience of the ophthalmology clinic. I recently got a cataract removed and the staff within the department were excellent. My operation itself was not as long as I had thought and it went very well. Staff are very considerate, helpful and reassuring. On each occasion I have attended the clinic staff couldn't have been nicer.
