What I liked

I attended Nuerology outpatient this morning. Unfortunately the clinic was running an hour late but I received two apologies for this and the politeness of the receptionist who kept us well informed more than made up for this. The Dr was exceptionally reassuring and explained fully the process she took me through and her prognosis and necessary tests. I found everyone to be very good natured, genuine and helpful including the radiologist - this was a pleasant surprise and a huge relief.

What could be improved

Clinic running on time as I have to make the time lost up at work.
