"My treatment at Queens Medical Centre"

One of the best things about how I was treated was Nottingham mobility service being able to refer me to Queens Medical Centre immediately. I would also like to thank the surgeons for making a nice clean job. However, my care could have improved by keeping me better informed. At one point I felt angry and frustrated because I asked 5 different nurses to please put my insulin in the fridge. my son bought it in for me at 7pm on the 15/11 and I took it home at 2pm on the 16/11 and it was never in the fridge. I also had a problem with nurses talking across me as if I wasn't there.
