"Stayed onb ward 34"

I was a patient on ward 34 last month and was very happy with my stay. Staff were excellent and very friendly. However One girl in particular made my stay much less stressful. I had just had surgery and hadn't had any dinner, the girl offered me a sandwich which I politely declined and said I was trying to stick to my slimming world diet which she seemed to know something about. She reappeared with a menu telling me to choose what I wanted that was most diet friendly and she would get it for me for teatime-I choose chicken curry and boiled rice which was very tasty. I chose not to have dessert even after she offered me apples and bananas-I felt like she was going out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The ward was very clean, and I was in my own private room. Couldn't fault my stay.
