"ineficient appointments system"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

My Daughter has cancer and i am appalled at the continual mistakes made with appointments,resulting in lengthy wasted journeys,causing great distress to her.You need a backup system to ensure that you arent letting your patients down.....they already have to deal with life threatening illnesses so they certainly dont need to be continually let down and keep having to reorganize appointments etc Please do something to ensure that this doesnt happen any more....they dont need stress added to their illness.
