"Need help from the Crisis Team "

About: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as the patient),

I have a history of depression, acute anxiety panic attacks and agoraphobia. I rang the crisis team for help and was told no help was available. I asked where was the care in the community and was told there was none.

I have been in the house 15 days as I can't get out have no partner and have seen 2 friends in all that time. What use are the crisis team? If I was an animal somebody would be held responsible for cruelty and neglect.

Dear Marcia

Thank you for taking the time to comment on the service you have received. I am aware that you spoke to a colleague yesterday, Tuesday 17 June 2014, with regard to your concerns and that these are currently being dealt with as a complaint. I understand that you did not wish my colleague to contact services on your behalf to facilitate some support for you. If you would like me to do that for you, then please do not hesitate to contact the Patient, Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on either 0800 015 4334 or 01302 796537 or email to pals@rdash.nhs.uk.

Kind regards
