"Poor telephone response time"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus

(as a carer),

Hi I telephoned your outpatients at the city hospital for around 15 minutes and then again and no one answered. I am not having a go at the staff as they do a fine job but what I am complaining about is they are clearly undermanned and the problem needs to be resolved.
