I had a appointment at ent clinic for 16/06/2014 for 11-30am for tinnitus counselling arrived at 11-15am finally gave my appointment letter in at 11-35am . 11-50am back to desk as my appointment was 11-30 only to be told the person I was supposed to see had gone home sick soon after arriving in for work I asked why someone could not have phoned me to tell me this and to arrange another appointment only to be told to busy. Not very good. If I had not gone to this appointment my gp would have been informed that I failed to keep appointment. I understand you cannot help being ill but surely common courstey to phone and tell the patient good job I didn't have to travel miles to get there. Not at all happy with the service I received this morning
