About: Tameside General Hospital

I'm still waiting for the hospital to get in touch about my knee operation which should of been done over 2 months ago. I understand why this hospital has so much bad press. No communication. I've contacted the hospital and all I got was a voice mail back saying there's no appointment yet!! We'll be in touch. If you can I'd definitely go to another hospital. I go away in August and if my operation gets booked in then then I'll have to consider leaving it until after my holiday.

Thank you for your comment, it is difficult to give specific answers without more detail, The department is looking at a way to reduce waiting times across all Orthopeadic specialties.
