"very dissapointed"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

I rang hospital couple of minutes ago and very rude lady had a go at me because I couldn't explain my self properly. She told me that I shud ring my GP , I have explained that I moved here last week and don't know what's my GP was, so she said "go Google it then" then she transfered me to A&E even tho I asked where do I get a conteaseption pill from. Anyway I assume member of staff behaived that way because of my eastern europian accent. It left me very upset to tears.
