"appalled with the service"

absolutely disgusted with the level of service provided by the receptionists as their attitude was disgusting and very discriminating. not in the least were they approachable nor responsive on an appropriate level. the nurses were also very rude and not in the slightest helpful. many patients who were in need of care were put aside as i witnessed this some of which they believed were not urgent yet others could see the state of these individuals. more should be done to attend to the demands of the people attending the hospital
