Unfortunately I encountered a problem of capsular contracture after having breast implants which is nobody's fault but just pure bad luck. I contacted the Customer Care Manager to discuss the situation and she very kindly accompanied me into the meeting with the consultant as I felt out of my depth trying to put my point across to get the situation resolved. I cannot speak more highly of this lovely lady. She gave me the confidence to explain exactly how I felt and what my expectations of The Spire and the consultant were in this situation. I am now awaiting a decision from a higher level and hope for a satisfactory outcome for all parties.
