the nurse who took the blood samples seemed sullen and rude, her body language made it clear that she wasn't in the mood for talking, when I arrived I said hello and she completely ignored me, so it was evident social skills weren't her forte. I wasn't expecting anything out of the reasonable/ordinary, it's not like I expected her to do a dance or anything, but if I had to get a needle stuck in my arm again I would not look forward to get it done by her, I'd probably look for someone else. And I am not someone who's particularly adverse to injections or needles, so it's not that I am difficult or anything
