Had a nasty fall at the shops this morning, very painful hand. Got a lift down to A & E, triage and painkillers within 15 minutes, X ray within another 15 minutes. Dislocated finger diagnosed within 15 minutes; snapped back into place by paramedic with option of pain killing injection, 10 minutes; re-Xray to check it was back in place, 10 min. Finger strapped up and on my way home 1hr 15 min after arrival. All done with no fuss in a pleasant environment. Excellent service. Thanks !
