I wrote the negative review on the 8th of April after a very bad experience. I must say that I have recently been back the the dermatology department and everything was significantly better. Small details, such as nurses taking the time to put patients at ease before taking blood, rather than just gesturing towards a chair, really do make all the difference. I think sometimes it is easy to forget that even minor procedures such as this do cause people anxiety and that it is important to make efforts to minimise this for patients. The overall organisation of the department was also back in line with what I had experienced previously. I do appreciate my feedback being taken on board and the efforts to improve service. I would also like to highlight again how impressed I have aways been by the matrons and how welcoming the receptionist is. Much improved.
"Much improved"
