I arrived for my confirmed appointment on june12 at 1.30pm and there was no record of me on any list. My file had not been brought from Barts. Reception told me that this happens lots. I took the day off work and it was a wasted journey. Waiting times were up to 3 hours that day. Very poor service and could not pass on a positive experience to others.
