"Trace visit due to reduced movement"

Was very worried as had reduced movement, called the staff who were lovely, told me to come in straight away so they could put me on a trace. As soon as we arrived we waited no more than 2 minutes to be seen. Both of the ladies were fantastic, very reassuring and didn't make me feel like I was just being a bit dramatic! The environment is very calming and relaxing and although the setting is peaceful I have no doubt that it this atmosphere is due to the lovely staff
