"Terrible Switchboard Service"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I have been hanging on the telephone line for 15 mins this afternoon just waiting to get through to switchboard. When they did answer was put through to the department I requested without any comment... after a further 5 mins the phone was picked up and put down without any reply/response. What a shambles!
