"one word awful"

About: West Cumberland Hospital

My father aged 90 was admitted to jenkin ward after 10 hour wait in casualty. Total miscommunication ageism at its finest. Awful experience from start to finish. Father lost nearly 1 stone in 2 weeks. Staff couldnt care less and no they wernt busy just couldnt be bothered.
