(as a carer),

Just wanted to thank all at East Surrey A and E for doing such a great job last week when my daughter needed your care. Yes we had to wait, but that is to be expected on a busy Friday night.

Several members of the public entering the waiting room were not polite or pleasant to staff but all were dealt with professionally and courteously. We received excellent care and I am very grateful.

cleanliness was excellent

comfort of chairs in second waiting area was good

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback Our Emergency department, as you have quite rightly said, is a very busy and often challenging environment and so it is good to hear such positive comments about the excellent care and professionalism shown by our staff.

I will pass your comments on to the team (and also our cleaning team!) I am sure they will be delighted.
