About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the professional paramedics who attended my 91 year old father. They were both extremely attentive and sympathetic and quickly diagnosed his condition giving him reassurance at what was a difficult time for him. He was quickly transferred to the A&E department at BGH where he received excemplary treatment. He is now back home following the excellent care he received .

Dear Anonymous Thank you for your feedback regarding your father. I am sorry to hear that he was taken unwell and required treatment but I am delighted to hear that the first responders were so attentive and sympathetic to your father’s needs. It is also good to hear that the transition from the paramedics to Royal Bournemouth Hospital went smoothly allowing the excellent care of your father to continue unimpeded. I will pass on your comments to our Emergency Department who I know will be delighted to hear your praise. I wish your father a speedy recovery and thank you again for your kind words.
