"Care of my father"

About: Leicester General Hospital

My father was admitted to the General Hospital in October last year to Ward 15 acute, brilliant staff. The latest admittance happened from 15/05/14 -10/06/14 onto Ward 10, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, they are a fantastic team of people caring and considerate in every way, allowing me to stay at night to comfort my father. Excellent. My thanks to them all. However the Aviva transport arranged for 4pm didn't bother to turn up! In fact the Duty Manager of the hospital managed to stop a crew and ask them to take my farther home.... he arrived back home at 11.50pm distraught as was my mother who had been waiting since 4pm for her husband to arrive. Disgusting you really should not employ or renew the contract of this company
