"Where have you been all my life?"

After years of feeling let down by GPs, I couldn't believe the amazing service given by Gravesham Community Hospital's Minor Injury Unit! Got seen to in 10 minutes, the examination was far more thorough than anything I could expect at the GPs (even though it was only a minor issue) and all the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses, were wonderfully polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. Somebody, please give these guys an award. Thank you!
