"Very impressed with the service"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have been on the waiting list for a hernia operation for about six weeks.

On Monday last I had a phone call inviting me to take up a cancellation on the following day Tuesday.

From arriving a the reception to completion of the operation I had first class service. The doctors were very helpful, the nursing staff were both attentive helpful and cheerful the operation was a success.

I was very impressed with the service you all gave me. Thank you very much.
