One Sunday in early June, I rang 111, as I did not wish to clog up the A & E Department and was unsure whether to drive as my vision was blurred. So I did the next best thing and rang 111 with reference to my eye problem. After answering some question, I was advised to wait for a doctor to call me to get the best advice, as this If this is the service we get from 111. I am sorry to say I won't be doing this again. As of this moment no doctor or 111 has called me back. Yesterday I drove to Southampton Hospital and had the problem cured with Laser Eye surgery.
Next time I could be dead by the time one of your Doctors ring so I have advised my family, it will be better to drive to A & E and get a response.
"Neither a doctor nor 111 have yet called me back"
