had a minor operation on my thumb after a DIY accident in Hull but needed dressing changing every other day, the staff were very rude and asked why I didn't go back to my original hospital (I work in Malton) they reluctantly changed the dressing but the nurse who changed the dressing was very rough and kept presiing in the wrong place on my thumb causing pain. walked out feeling worse than when I went in.
