... and it is a pleasure, too, to be able to thank you for taking the trouble on the afternoon of your op to let us know so that we can share your thanks with the team on the day surgery unit at the Princess Royal Hospital. I'm suddenly remembering the days when I had to make my first computer from a kit, and now you're able to go into hospital for an op in the morning, then share your feedback with us via NHS Choices later the same day and we can respond before the day is through.
